Fit Ballet is the new training that combines the discipline of ballet with elements of fitness. Ballet with its agile and fluid movements allows you to work on the coordination, toning, balance and flexibility of the whole body.
The class consists of a part of Vertical Fit, with fitness training exercises, and Barre of pole, with Ballet Fit exercises; all using a vertical pole instead of horizontal barre. The pole will help us in stability to concentrate mostly on posture.
